MISSION

“To use music and events for good”

The Soulstice Collective was founded in 2017 by brothers George and Jamie Oyebode. Initially, a one-night festival to raise money for 2 charities, over the course of 5 years it has grown into so much more.

Today, events, apparel and creative are the 3 pillars that allow Soulstice to span multiple moments in the creative landscape.

However, our story goes back way beyond 2017 - starting in 2012. This is when Charlie Hutton, a dear family friend to both brothers, tragically lost his life in a motorboat accident. George and a friend were on the boat and the RNLI saved their lives in the rescue effort. We will be forever grateful for their service.

Our personal experiences and the wider need to raise awareness around mental health is integral to why we support Young Minds. We are devoted to ensuring the next generation receive the best support possible.

 FESTIVAL

Our flagship event founded in 2017, Soulstice Festival started out as a one-night event with a simple aim - bring people together for a great cause, using great music.

Today, it’s one of the fastest growing independent music festivals in the UK, taking place in the heart of Hackney Wick across some of London’s best venues.

Line ups always reflect the diversity of the society we live in - with Esa, Ruby Savage, Poly-Ritmo, Heléna Star and Jamie 3:26 just a few of the names who have graced their programming in recent years.

Since our first event, Soulstice Festival has raised almost £15,000 for the RNLI and Young Minds combined.
